I promised more, but can’t deliver. It will be a strange week for me, we’re gearing up for the annual Pat’s Run out here (to benefit the Pat Tillman Foundation); and I will actually be running 4.2 miles on Saturday morning. Yeah……
We also of course have the Suns facing the Spurs in the playoffs, the red hot D-Backs coming home this weekend, Arizona State’s Spring Game Saturday (following Arizona’s last weekend), the Cardinals’ schedule and Draft press conferences, the Rattlers home Friday (I do sidelines now), ASU baseball playing the two-time defending CWS Champions-Oregon State-this weekend, and apparently there are even people interested in the ASU-U of A SOFTBALL matchup this weekend (which will actually be shown live on FSN!). When the Coyotes sent out a press release about signing the Hobey Baker award winner this week, I couldn’t help but pass. I also passed on NASCAR at PIR last weekend.

Anyway, I don’t want sympathy, just understanding that there might be some Crabs and Beer missing this week. Good for Gavin Floyd to have the chance to pitch in his hometown tonight. If his friends and family show up, there might actually be people there to watch him!
