Gary Quill (aka GQ) loves thoroughbred horse racing! From the first time his Dad and mentor took him to Timonium Race Track on a sunny summer day in 1964, he’s been hooked on the “The Sport of Kings”. Over the years, GQ has developed valuable handicapping skills while visiting 42 different race tracks across North America. There are thousands of rail-birds who claim to be great handicappers. GQ doesn’t claim to be the best… just the most passionate one who typically won’t tout “chalk”. Like a savvy stockbroker, he searches for value and more often than not finds it. His personal mission is to rejuvenate interest in thoroughbred horse racing by sharing his knowledge, energy and opinions with all sports fans.
