I’m always particularly moved by an athlete’s involvement in his hometown when his fame occurred in other cities. I have been privileged to work with Antonio’s “B-More Free Programs” charity, working to provide summer meals for Baltimore school children and helping to improve literacy.

The former Green Bay Packers/Poly receiver is also involved with football camps for Baltimore’s youth.

    I seem to recall when he was inducted into the Ravens Ring of Honor that Michael McCrary was mentioned as one of the most significant charitable athletes in Baltimore sports history.
