The NFL unveiled the Ravens’ 2014 preseason schedule last month and released the dates and times to go with them on Monday afternoon.

Baltimore will kick off the preseason against the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch of Super Bowl XLVII on Thursday, Aug. 7 at 7:30 p.m. at M&T Bank Stadium. Head coach John Harbaugh and 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh have also agreed to hold four joint practices following the preseason opener as the brothers’ teams will have an opportunity to break up the monotony of training camp.

The Ravens will travel to Arlington, Texas to take on the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday, Aug. 16 in the first ever preseason meeting between the teams.

In the all-important third preseason game, the Ravens will welcome the Washington Redskins to M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 23 for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff. This will mark the eighth time these geographic rivals have met in the preseason.

The preseason will wrap with a trip to New Orleans to face the Saints on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 8 p.m.

None of the Ravens’ games will be televised nationally, but all will be shown locally.

Entering their 19th season, the Ravens are 42-29 in all-time preseason play and 15-9 under Harbaugh.
