In Ozzie we Trust, in #WNSTSweet16 we recognize no one is perfect

4. Travis Taylor

The Ravens traded into the Top 10 to select the receiver out of Florida in 2000 and Ravens fans thought a star was born when he caught two TD’s in a thrilling Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. It never ended up working out, as Taylor had just one particularly productive season in Baltimore (61 catches, 869 yards and six TD’s in 2002).

In all fairness to Ozzie there have been four phases of his tenure as GM here. The pre Billick era, the post Superbowl Billick era, the post Billick era, and the now post Superbowl Harbaugh era.
Cleary Ozzie works better when there is no one in the room with another ego. As soon as Billick got power boom Kyle Bollar. As soon as Billick is fired boom Joe Flacco.
Right now Harbs needs to do one thing based on past history. Let Ozzie do the drafting and just chill out. Now post Ozzies best 16 picks Glen.

    It’s funny…
I was thinking about doing a list of idiotic radio personalities who have no business being “on-air”….

hired on the cheap by Nestor and likely never on any other radio show in any other market in any other city. has a self-important attitude and knows very little about sports except when he’s want to criticize. Can’t hold Drew’s jock and knows nothing about making himself a somebody (unlike Nestor)but does do a wonderful impression of a lap-dog.

(Edit from Glenn: It’s always good to hear from listeners!)
