The “it” factor doesn’t belong in any reasonable or intelligent quarterback conversation. Tell me he lacks ethic, enthusiasm, desire, athleticism, savvy, upside, leadership, confidence, dexterity, arm strength, accuracy, or intelligence, but don’t tell me he’s lacking “it”. Come correct folks.
