The words *appear* and *apparently* are important in this discussion because, as I referenced above, we’re not really hearing from the parties involved.
Somehow, this whole story took 2 years to surface. That doesn’t mean it should be ignored, of course. But it does beg the question: If what happened (apparently) was so damaging and so unprofessional, why didn’t Sterger expose it (I know, bad use of words…) from the outset?
I know the answer to that.
Because she’s an amateur.
