Next Four Games Could Determine Our Fate

November 10, 2012 | Marty Mossa

We have two games against the Steelers who are jelling well. We play the Giants, the Chargers in San Diego, Denver here, and the Bengals in Cincinnati. The only two real “winnable” games are here tomorrow against the Raiders and in DC against the Redskins in December.

Although I think we will still make the playoffs despite the poor play through eight games; I think we need to go at least 5-3 or 6-2 in the remaining eight games to win the division and or a bye. That means we need to beat Oakland and Washington, split with Pittsburgh, and at least go 2-2 against the Chargers, Broncos, Giants and Bengals.

The way the Ravens have been playing, I’m not sure they can go 6-2 or 5-3 in the last eight games. I think we’ll go four and four at best. I think we’ll beat Oakland, Washington, split with Pittsburgh and maybe either in Cincinnati and or at home against Denver.

But first things are first, let’s beat Oakland tomorrow.
