Jae Seo gave a “so-so” performance tonight.

So if you are the Devil Rays, what do you do with him? So what, he didn

Steve Trachsel seems to be suffering the same thing that hindered Kris Benson last year. As the starting pitcher giving your team a chance to win, but not getting run support from your team.

The bullpen really imploded today for the team, but I am willing to give them a half way pass for today. As Sam Perlozzo said after the game, they just do not seem to have their best stuff lately.

For those people wondering why Trachsel left the game after 88 pitches, part of that was due to him suffering some tightness in his forearm after being hit with the ball during the final out of the 1st inning.

Trachsel in three starts at Camden Yards has an ERA of 1.47

The Orioles gave up another grand slam today, there fourth of the season.

Tampa Bay comes in to town tomorrow to start a three game home stand versus the Orioles.

Here are the pitching match ups for the series:

Tuesday-Jeremy Guthrie vs Jae Seo

Wednesday-Erik Bedard vs James Shields

The biggest damage done to the Orioles today was by a guy that I wanted the team to go after in the off season: OF Trot Nixon. Nixon had a career day today.  I am not saying that he would be leading the O
