Lacrosse in the K.O.B.S.

June 02, 2008 |

I heard this morning on Drew’s show that Gary Gait has been added to the K.O.B.S.

I think that was a great decision. Gary Gait has done a lot for Baltimore. He helped the Maryland Women’s Lacrosse team win 7 national titles. He coached and played for the Baltimore Bayhawks including leading them to the MLL title in 2002 and 2005.

He also played for the Baltimore Thunder when they were at their most competitive in the laste 1990’s.

By the way he is the greatest lacrosse player of all time.  He is in the lacrosse Hall of Fame. He played on 13 championship teams and created the “Air Gait.”

I dont expect him to win this contest because of who he is up against but it would be nice to see him have a respectable showing.
