Pagano interviewing for Colts head coaching job today in Indy

When NFL coordinators have success it usually manifests itself in opportunities elsewhere and the Baltimore Ravens’ defensive coaching tree has a long history of success. Current defensive coordinator Chuck Pagano received a call yesterday from Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay and will be in Indy today interviewing for the head coaching position that was made available after the firing of Jim Caldwell last week.

The Colts have the No. 1 pick in the April NFL Draft and Pagano has apparently become a hot candidate for the job.

WNST was the first to break the news in Baltimore via the WNST Text Service and we’ll be following the story closely all week as the Ravens continue to heal from Sunday’s devastating loss in New England.
