Ravens beat Browns on Blustery Sunday

December 08, 2011 | Michael Schwartz

The Ravens played the Browns on a blustery day in Cleveland. The Ravens came in after a big win and throughout the year they have lost the following game to a subpar team. This was different, on this day the Ravens won 24-10. They won this game with a power running game led by Ray Rice who had over 200 yards rushing. The Ravens had their best rushing attack of the year. The Ravens defense was dominate even without Ray Lewis.

The Ravens didn’t let Peyton Hillis get started and gang tackled him when he was tackled. Colt McCoy was sacked three times but was getting hit all day. The Ravens secondary was pretty good but could have done better. They play the Colts who threw for over 350 yards last week, so they will have to play very well.

The Ravens are a very good team. The score should have been 30 plus to 10. Billy Cundiff missed two field goals and in a close game those would be very important. One was under 35 yards and the other was low 40s. The Ravens are now 4-0 in the division and that will be key late in the year, in the playoffs.
