Ravens clinch…for now, that’s all that matters

Ok, I know. Our Baltimore Ravens will be facing the New England Patriots in the first round of the NFL playoffs. But as of this very minute, no matter how difficult they made this trip to Oakland, the Ravens are in the playoffs for the second straight year, and that’s all that matters.

I’ve been there for the wins. I’ve been there for the close losses. I’ve been there when we thought about what could have been. But I’m also here now. The Baltimore Ravens made it to the field of six, which at this moment, is all that matters.

A win over the Oakland Raiders, and if you are a fan of the NFL, you had to see the strong effort by Oakland coming, is no small task. But now, the road gets tougher. Tom Brady and the Patriots await the Ravens’ arrival. And at the end of the day, that’s all that matters at the moment. I will write a more in depth blog about this game in the days to come. But for now, I wanna bask in the fact that my team is a 2009-10 playoff team, and the Pittsburgh Steelers, are not. More to come. But for right now…GO RAVENS!!!!!!
