HOLIDAY FUN KICKS OFF WITH THE HARBORPLACE & THE GALLERY THANKSGIVING PARADE AS SANTA ARRIVES TO BALTIMORE

– Enjoy A Winter Wonderland At Santa’s Place And More! –

WHAT: The Harborplace & The Gallery Thanksgiving Parade kicks off this holiday’s celebration in Baltimore on Saturday, November 17, 2007. As the title sponsor of the parade, Harborplace & The Gallery will showcase its street performers, retailers and mascots (Ronald McDonald, Slabby from Marble Slab Creamery and Auntie Anne’s Twistee) as they participate in the event. The parade will conclude with Santa’s arrival to his Inner Harbor home from the North Pole in a horse drawn sleigh.

Don’t forget to get your picture taken with Santa at his festive house located at the Harborplace Amphitheater from November 17th through December 24th before he heads out to prepare for his long Christmas Eve journey.

Guests can join the elves from Habitat for Humanity in the Light Street Pavilion for gingerbread house cookie decorating from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. A $1 donation will go to Chesapeake Habitat for Humanity.
