April 01, 2009 |

The Salisbury men’s lacrosse team got back on track after their weekend loss to Gettysburg. They beat Mary Washington 14-5 on Tuesday night. The Sea Gulls scored 9 straight goals from the end of the second quarter until the last minute of the game to pull away. Matt Cannone had 3 goals and 3 assists while Kylor Berkman added 2 goals and 2 assists for the winners. Salisbury now has 3 days to prepare for #1 Stevenson on Saturday night. The game will decide the CAC regular season title and will be the last regular season home game for the Salisbury seniors including 2-time player of the year Kylor Berkman. Salisbury will also be putting their 105 game CAC win streak on the line. It goes all the way back to 1994.
