Wake Forest football coach Jim Grobe hoping RB Josh Harris spearheads Demon Deacon’s confidence boost with win over Maryland

“I don’t think there is any question-from top to bottom-that this is a really tough league. There are no easy outs and you have to play every Saturday. The issue has been that we haven’t had a marquee team.”

Grobe stopped for a minute to reflect on that statement. He then admitted that might be a good thing for him and his program.

“Quite frankly, that has helped Wake Forest in recruiting.”

Grobe did have one more request out of Thyrl and the Terps before he left WNST on Thursday.

“Just tell the Terps to be nice to the Deacs. That’s all I need,” Grobe said.
