Week 5 NFL Predictions

October 09, 2011 | Derek Halford

Eagles 28

Bills 35

Bills get back on track while Eagles keep on fallin’.

Chiefs 10

Colts 17

Colts pull out there first win of the season!

Cardinals 20

Vikings 17

Cardinals pull out a win trying to get back into early NFC West playoff seed. Vikings lose another one and are 0-5.

Seahawks 15

Giants 31

The G-MEN role for another W and take the NFC East lead.

Titans 34

Steelers 24

Big Ben is hurt and James Harrison is out. Steelers fall to 2-3.

Saints 45

Panthers 23

Cam Newton has impressed me a lot but come on this is the Saints offense, Cam Newton can’t put that many points up.

Bengals 17

Jaguars 10

Bengals lookin’ better than everyone expected, they move to 2nd place in the AFC North.

Raiders 33

Texans 27

Raiders pull one out here to get to 2-3. Don’t be surprised if they sneek into the playoffs with the Steelers and Jets doing bad this year.

Buccaneers 31

49ers 24

I like this Bucs team. I think they get into the playoffs this year especially since ‘Hotlanta’ (Atlanta)  is not exactly playing hot right now.

Chargers 37

Broncos 24

I want to see Tim Tebow play because Kyle Orton is not the answer.

Jets 17

Patriots 42

Rex Ryan’s defense is not lookin’ like a Rex Ryan defense this year. I don’t know if the Jets even make the playoffs this year.

Packers 45

Falcons 23

Packers could win the Super Bowl again this year as they get to 5-0. Falcons still playing bad as they fall to 2-3.

Bears 24

Lions 34

Lions are one of my favorite NFC teams because some people are still seeing them as underdogs of the NFL. They get to 5-0. Can’t wait until they play Green Bay.

As we are 1/4 of the way through the season, there has been many surprises. Teams such as the Lions and Bills have been playing like top teams in the NFL when they are usually basement teams. Teams like the Jets, Steelers, Eagles, and Falcons have been not playing like Super Bowl contenders which what was thought of them.
