Pine Ridge Driving Range tonight – come one, come all!

June 20, 2007 | Drew Forrester

I talked about this a lot on the air today but wanted to throw this out to all of you who might not have caught it and would be interested in having a good time tonight.

The “Classic 5 Closest to the Pin Fun Event” is running this week at the Pine Ridge Driving Range (Dulaney Valley Rd. North, about 3 miles outside the Beltway) and tonight, from 4-8 pm, you’ll have a chance to make it into Friday’s Finals.  Qualifying balls are $1.00 each and prizes are awarded to those who hit it “closest to the pin.”  You can win round trip airfare on AirTran Airways, a watch from Nelson Coleman Jewelers or dinner at Mortons Steakhouse (and an overnight stay at The Sheraton).

I’m going to be out there tonight at 7pm to take part in the event and raise some money for The American Cancer Society.  Rob Long is going to join me and I’m rounding up some of my Mountain Branch friends to make it a fun night for everyone involved.

If you have time tonight, stop out to the Pine Ridge Driving Range and join me…if 7pm doesn’t work for you, get out there anytime between 4pm and 8pm.  And if you can’t make it tonight,  give it a go tomorrow from 4-8pm.

Friday at 5:00 pm is the Final and Quinn Sypniewski of the Ravens will be on hand to honor those of you who make it to the Finals.

See you tonight at 7!
