Top 10 Baseball Distractions

4. College Football: Maryland @ North Carolina (Saturday 3pm from Chapel Hill, NC live on Comcast SportsNet); Notre Dame @ USC (Saturday 8pm from Los Angeles live on ABC); Michigan @ Ohio State (Saturday 12pm from Columbus live on ABC); Florida @ Florida State (Saturday 3:30pm from Tallahassee, FL live on ABC)

This is actually kinda cool. Notre Dame has an eight foot tall “#1″ sign they hadn’t lit up since 1993…

Also, a reminder that this is one of the greatest promos in ESPN history…

3. College Basketball: Lafayette @ Maryland (Tuesday 8pm from Comcast Center live on Comcast SportsNet), Georgia Southern @ Maryland (Saturday 7pm from Comcast Center live on Comcast SportsNet); Towson @ Loyola (Monday 7:30pm from Reitz Arena live on TowsonTigers.com); Central Connecticut State @ UMBC (Tuesday 7:30pm RAC Arena); Cheyney @ Coppin State (Saturday 4pm Coppin State Physical Education Complex)

Thanks to Butler’s Rotnei Clarke, the NCAA Tournament officially got underway in November…

OH.MY.GOD.

Also, Chaminade beat Texas. So you know, nothing to see in Maui.

2. High School Football: Calvert Hall vs. Loyola (Thursday 10am from M&T Bank Stadium live on ABC2); MPSSAA Semifinals: 4A-Meade @ Wise (Saturday 1pm), Quince Orchard @ Westminster (Friday 7pm), 3A-Urbana @ River Hill (Friday 7pm), Huntingtown @ Milford Mill (Saturday 1pm), 2A-Elkton @ Middletown (Friday 7pm), Frederick Douglass-PG County @ Edmondson (Friday 7pm from Poly), 1A-Brunswick @ Dunbar (Saturday 1pm), New Town @ Perryville (Friday 7pm)

There might be a Turkey Bowl hero Thursday, but they’ll remain much below Coby Moncure of the totem pole of awesomeness…

He DIDN’T do that.

While we’re on the high school topic, thanks again to Perry Hall for having me visit last Friday. I appreciated the plates of fine meats and cheeses they left for me. And the fact that they recognized my talent…

1. NFL: Baltimore Ravens @ San Diego Chargers (Sunday 4:05pm from San Diego live on CBS)

I wonder if Jesus will make it for a second straight Ravens game…

And my final leftover from the Ravens-Steelers game…

Flexing my mic muscles since 1983…

on a differnt subject, maryland should never complain about a player who leaves for the nfl,nba or mlb they did the same thing by going to the big ten JUST FOR THE MONERY.
