We lost to Kent State, 41-21.
I’m still drained from it all. So much anticipation and emotion, it gripped me and owned me. The release isnt easy, win or lose…it all sticks. I’m proud of our kids for staying in the fight and finishing strong. We have kids with tremendous heart and character. It helps seal the wound, knowing I’m surrounded by great folks.
I wanted to leave Ohio with a win! We learned a lot…
All credit goes to the coaches and players at Kent St. Impressed by how they fly around and play the game. Very physical, passionate group. Its tough to win football games when you dont protect the ball and covet possessions. We turned the ball over 6 times, and they scored 20 points off of the turnovers. We lost by 20 – recognize.
No loss is acceptable, it’s not “ok”. I’m certain our program, to the last man standing…gets it. So, now we learn, we recover, we bond even closer and we move on. William and Mary is next, and they’re currently beating Maryland (6-0, 3rd). I need to be better and help more, it’s always about who/what stares back at you in a mirror…always. It’s football.

I looked up the coach’s page on the tigers website. Are you a coach, there? Didn’t see you listed.

Why don’t you get lap band surgery like Rex Ryan. Maybe if you drop 100 lbs. you will feel a lot better.
