A Coach’s Diary: UpRoar 2012

August 3:

On-air today at WNST 10a-noon, then over to campus for DAY1 of the good stuff. The guys I get to work with have been working/planning for months, and everything was set & ready. Clockwork!  Brutal heat/humidity for practice – Tigers held up. Time for settling into the grinding and polishing process. My goal was to lose 50 lbs by today (started in on it May 15th – for real) and I only dropped 23lbs. The mission is to be better…need to do my part. Rolled out of mtg’s around 10:30p tonight – hydrate – sleep – rinse – repeat…
