Saturday Selections at “The Big T” during the Maryland State Fair

September 01, 2012 | Gary Quill

Flying coast to coast last night is tghe excuse for this tardy popst. Unfortunately, today at Timonium the card is filled with small fields which doesn’t offer much value. So trying to find decent ROI is like “trying to make chicken salad out of chicken sh…”.

Recapping Day 4 (Friday 31st) selections at the Timonium State Fair Meet had 6 winners (1 Top Selections; payoffs in BOLD) having $2 WIN pay-offs being $9.20 (2nd race), $7.00 (3rd), $4.80 (6th), $19.80 (7th), $2.20 (8th), and $9.20 (9th).

Both Best Bet and Longshot Pick ran dull races and were off the board..
Best Bet pick scorecard from 3 Timonium selections: 1 WIN – 1 PLACE – 0 SHOW.
Longshot pick scorecard from 3 Timonium selections: 0 WIN – 1 PLACE – 0 SHOW

SHOW Parlay Play of the Day was a winner of the race a as the 7-5 favorite, but still paid 50% on the SHOW investment paying $3.00 to increase the bankroll from $21 to $31.50

Looks like the sun will shine on Day 5 of living racing at the State Fair, so enjoy the exciting chase scenes thoroughbred horse racing has to offer. Good Luck!
