RICHMOND, Va. - Sophomore goalkeeper Tyler White earned Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Co-Player of the Week honors after backstopping Towson to a 6-5 conference win over No. 11 UMass on Saturday.

It is his first career league honor.

The sophomore goalkeeper made 16 saves, including nine in the second half (six in the fourth quarter). White helped Towson’s defense hold UMass scoreless on four extra-man opportunities. He faced 14 shots in the fourth quarter alone, equaling UMass’ entire first-half output.
