What do John Galloway, Kyle Wharton, Rhamel Bratton, and Zach Howell have in common?
All four of these men were impact freshmen on the teams that made the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse semifinals, Syracuse, Hopkins, Virginia, and Duke respectively.
What else do these four men share?
All four were named Under Armour All-Americans as seniors in 2007, and all four got the chance to play in the Under Armour Boys All-American Game at Loyola College last summer.
With that in mind, check out the rosters to this year’s Under Armour All-American Games which are being held at Towson on July 12. The link to the boys and girls rosters is below.
There are 14 girls and 10 boys who played their high school ball in Maryland on the Under Armour “South” squads, again showing that the Free State is the nation’s lacrosse capital and deserves the championship weekend each year (don’t get me started on that rant!)
Which high school boys and girls do you think will be starring at the collegiate level next year? What are the most exciting recruits for your favorite college lacrosse team? Leave a comment, and we can talk high school and college lacrosse. All appropriate comments are published and responded to!
