The CT Buzzers are on fire! Another victory, our third straight…this time over Caller John.  Team John did get a huge week from JJ Hardy, but it wasnt enough as the CT Buzzers rode Adam Jones and Nick Markakis to victory. Final score…CT Buzzers 103 Team John 53.

The CTBuzzers are now 3-1 on the season. Up for grabs next week will be a $40 gift card from QDoba Mexican Grill.

“Catch The Buzz” chalks up another WIN, with a 116-74  victory over Jason D.  Jason’s team put up solid numbers all week accept a “0″ on Saturday. His top scorer for the week was Nick Markakis with 33 points. Not enough, as the C.T. Buzzers cruised to victory on the back of Josh Hamilton’s bat. Hamilton pumped in 77 points for the week, including a monster night on Tuesday where he  kicked in 33 points from one game. Jaqson did a fantastic job on his picks – without Josh Hamilton the C.T. Buzzers would’ve only scored 39 points. We hope Jason tries again later in the summer.

“Catch The Buzz” gets into the win column, with a hard fought 80-71 victory over Aaron M. Aaron nearly snuck up on Sunday to grab a “dubya” with a 32 point day bolstered by 29 combined points from Adam Jones and JJ Hardy. But, the CTBuzzers strong pitching throughout the week allowed them to hang on.

- The draft will be held live on-air during the show, at a random chosen time between 10a – Noon. Listen on WNST 1570am or online at WNST.net for the proper time and caller number, for your chance to call in and play.

- The draft will be held each week, prior to the first game the Orioles play during a week. Usually on a Monday or a Tuesday, depending on the Orioles schedule.

- You will be asked to draft three (3) hitters and two (2) pitchers from the rosters of the Orioles ONLY.

- The draft will be live on air during the show and the picks will go back-and-forth until full rosters are filled. You can pick in any order you wish. Pick all three hitters first. Pick both pitchers first. You are the GM and you can decide how to build your roster.

- Once a player is taken, he is off the board and cant be taken again for the week, by the other team.

- Points will accumulate through the final game played on a Sunday. The point totals will be announced live on the show each Monday – by Noon – and the winner will be declared – for the week.

- “Catch The Buzz” will use MLB.com as the official stats for each game. Only stats posted in the box score/recap of each game, on MLB.com will be valid. No other stats will be allowed or used.
