15. Walt Bellamy

The tricky part about Bellamy’s spot on the list is that while he’s one of the Top 10 scorers in franchise history, much of that came from two monster seasons in Chicago before the organization moved (which I already established I’m not including in my consideration). Bellamy did however score over 4,000 points during his two full seasons in Baltimore-making him worthy of inclusion.
