#WNSTSweet16 — The best 16 American soccer players ever

8.  Kasey Keller –

Good goalkeeping has been a staple of U.S. soccer over the last 25 years and one of the best was Kasey Keller, who starred for the American side for nearly a decade and played in two games of the 1998 World Cup in France.  Perhaps his best-ever performance for the U.S. in a 1-0 win over Brazil in the 1998 Gold Cup.  Keller made 10 saves in that game and earned the unofficial title as “best game ever” by a U.S. goalkeeper in an international contest.  Played 101 career games for the United States.
