#WNSTSweet16 list highlights Baltimore’s best ever college hoopsters

#9 – Kevin Green, Loyola

(no photo available)

There are only two players in Loyola basketball history with over 2,000 points and Kevin Green is one of them.  He’s also a member of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame and a 2-time first-teamer on the all MAAC squad.

Still the school’s all-time leader in average points-per-game and 3-point field goals.

HERE’S HIS LOYOLA HALL OF FAME BIOGRAPHY.

(Please see next page for #8 on the list)

Great list. I would offer a few other names for an honorable mention list: Roger Dickens (TSU), Pat McKinley (TSU), Brian Matthews (TSU), Ronald Smith (U of B), Tony Carter (Coppin St), Yarborough Roberts (Morgan St), and Teddy Jones (U of B).

Excellent List and research, Drew. Struck a chord of many memories of greatness. My only honorable mention would be, Maurice “Mo” Cannon (Loyola College).
