Of COURSE the Orioles should move Koji Uehara to the bullpen. They cannot just accept the fact that one of their pitchers will only give them 5 innings. I know Allen McCallum thinks it is important for the Orioles to maintain their honesty to Uehara after telling him he’d be a starter; but Uehara actually has to be able to start.
