Wednesday Morning’s Crabs and Beer

November 12, 2008 | Glenn Clark

It’s not enough anymore. There was a time when all the Orioles needed to do was put Baltimore back on the road jerseys.

But that’s not enough anymore. I will admit that I will still be emotional the first time I see the team playing on the road with the jerseys on; but it’s not enough.

It has to come with an admission of fault for the last 11 years.

It has to come with a promise of change.

It has to come with a commitment to the community, the organization, and the FANS.

But I get the feeling that none of those things are on the way.

This is a nice polish; but we’re still polishing a turd right now.

I LOVE the Orioles.

Let’s see what everyone else has to say…..

SOME QUICK THOUGHTS:-Sorry I couldn’t get a full update up today. I’ll get it up tomorrow.

-Congratulations to SunTrust Athlete of the Morning Lindsey Monger-who had 31 kills for the Rising Sun volleyball team as they rallied from down 2 sets and facing match point in the 3rd set to beat River Hill and advance to play Liberty for the 2A title.

Talk to you tomorrow.
