Is anyone else confused as to why the Orioles are shopping Oscar Salazar instead of Ty Wigginton?

I mean, I wouldn’t be stunned if Wigginton just had no value; but Salazar does WAY more for me than Wigginton does.

-Overpaying for a free agent pitcher > overpaying and overtrading for a current big name pitcher. I’d love to see Roy Halladay in Baltimore, but I don’t think they can afford to pay both costs.
