BALTIMORE, Md. – Baltimore City Community College head men’s basketball coach Terry Maczko announced Monday the signing of Will Adams (Philadelphia, Pa./Imhotep HS/Towson University) and Quentin Judd (Baltimore, Md./Forest Park HS) to play for the Panthers for the 2012-13 season.

Adams and Judd join Ronald Epps (Digital Harbor HS), Justin Kuntz (Glen Burnie HS/Polk State College) and Aaron Parham (Dunbar HS), who signed with BCCC earlier this summer.

Adams, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound guard, averaged 1.9 points and 1.2 rebounds in 27 games last season at Towson. At Imhotep HS, Adams became the first player in school history to score 1,000 career points and ended his career as Imhotep’s all-time leading scorer. He was a First-Team All-Philadelphia Public League selection as a senior and led the Imhotep Panthers to the Class AA state championship and Philadelphia City and district titles as a junior.

Judd (6-4, 185) was a star shooting guard at Forest Park HS. As a senior, he averaged a team-best 19 points per game and helped the Foresters to the 2011 Baltimore City Division II championship game. He signed with Pensacola State College this past spring, but decided to return to Baltimore to play for BCCC.

The Panthers also had a successful 2011-12 season, winning the NJCAA Region XX title and advancing to the NJCAA Division II National Tournament, where they finished sixth in the nation.
