RICHMOND, Va. – The Colonial Athletic Association has finalized its 2012-13 men’s and women’s basketball television packages with both the NBC Sports Network and the Comcast SportsNet family of networks.
The Towson men’s basketball team will appear twice on Comcast SportsNet, while the women’s team will be televised once.
The Tiger men’s team has a pair of dates changed due to the television schedule. The Tigers will now travel to James Madison on February 12 (originally scheduled for Feb. 13) to take on the Dukes at 7 p.m. on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic (CSN-MA). The men’s game at George Mason will also be shown on CSN-MA on February 26 (originally scheduled for Feb. 27) at 7 p.m.
The Tigers will also have their non-conference game at Georgetown on December 8 broadcast live on the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN).
The women’s basketball team will have its game at George Mason on February 17 televised on CSN-MA. The television package has also shifted the February 10 game between Towson and Drexel at the Towson Center to February 5. However, that game will not be televised.
Both semifinal contests and the championship game of the 2013 CAA women’s basketball tournament will also be shown live on CSN-MA.
