TIGERS SEEK FOURTH STRAIGHT WIN TUESDAY AT DREXEL

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — The Towson men’s basketball team will be seeking its fourth straight win on Tuesday as the Tigers travel to Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) rival Drexel.
The game, set to tip at 7 p.m., can be seen live on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic with Al Koken and Glenn Consor on the call.
Fans can also listen to the game on the Towson Sports Network (TSN) with Spiro Morekas and Vince Angotti calling the action.
Towson (10-6, 1-0 CAA) will be looking to start 2-0 in league play for the second straight year. The Tigers have won nine of their last 10 CAA games dating back to last year and have won two straight against the Dragons, including a 69-66 win at the Daskalakis Athletic Center last season.
Towson is coming off a 60-53 win at home against UNC Wilmington on Saturday. It was the Tigers 13th straight victory at home.
Senior forward Jerrelle Benimon recorded his seventh straight double-double with 20 points and 17 rebounds against the Seahawks. He was joined in double figures by sophomore Four McGlynn, who hit three three-pointers and tallied 11 points in the win.
Drexel (9-6, 1-1 CAA) has dropped four of its last six games since starting the year 7-2. However, the Dragons are coming off a thrilling 93-88 double overtime win against Northeastern on Saturday.
The backcourt duo of Chris Fouch and Frantz Massenat averages a combined 33.5 points to lead the Dragons.
