Tuesday Top 7:7-Brandon McKinney (me)/Terrell Suggs (Drew)
I think McKinney’s pick SHOULD have been a major difference in the game. Drew thinks the Ravens HAVE to figure out a way to pay “T-Sizzle.”
6-Ray Lewis (me)/Fabian Washington (Drew)
I think 52’s sack was a significant ‘momentum’ play when it happened. Drew says the Ravens’ game plan changed when Washington got hurt.
5-Ed Reed (me)/Le’Ron McClain (Drew)
If it wasn’t for the late whiff, I think Reed would have been in my Top 3. Drew thinks McClain did everything the Ravens asked of him.
4-Le’Ron McClain (me)/Bart Scott (Drew)
I think that given the choice, I might take Le’Ron McClain over LenDale White. Drew thinks “Hot Sauce” played like a “monster” Sunday.
3-Fabian Washington (me)/Ed Reed (Drew)
I think Fabian Washington made MULTIPLE plays Sunday to prevent the Steelers from moving the ball. Drew thinks Reed is continuing to define his Hall of Fame career.
2-Jim Leonhard (me, Drew)
Nothing you can argue about this. Leonhard consistently made plays Sunday, including the punt return. Drew thinks the Ravens will have a tough choice to make between Leonhard and Landry.
1-Sam Koch (me, Drew)
What else can you say? He made MULTIPLE plays to help the team win the game. He was outstanding all day; and did everything you can ask from him. This was easily his greatest day as a Raven.
Let’s see what everyone else has to say……

SOME QUICK THOUGHTS:-I had an email conversation with Greg Aiello from the NFL Office in New York this week regarding what happened on the review of the Santonio Holmes TD catch in the 4th quarter Sunday. I asked Greg about the definition of “indisputable” evidence; considering two things. ONE-There are some, like Cris Collinsworth from NBC; who think that ‘indisputable’ evidence means that NO ONE, ANYWHERE, could POSSIBLY question what happened. There are others that believe the individual official determines what he thinks is “indisputable.” When I posed the question to the Aiello-the NFL’s spokesman-here is his response….
“The referee must determine whether replay video presents “indisputable visual evidence.” Collinsworth seemed to be suggesting that in this case it was not indisputable enough, which is an oxymoron. In replay review, the referee decides that the call is there or it is not. If he is not sure, he would not reverse it. If it is there, even if it is close, he would reverse it. Remember, they are looking at high-def video and multiple shots.”
“Even if it is close”? How can evidence be indisputable if it is also close? Brian Billick never liked replay; and the more I see it myself, the less I like it.
-Congratulations to SunTrust Athlete of the Morning Mary McKay; who scored 15 points to lead the Mercy Magic past Franklin 51-31 Monday.
