Any WWE card at the Baltimore Arena – Perhaps this is my everlasting soft spot and passion for the long-maligned Baltimore Civic Center and the yearning for the old Bruno Sammartino and Bob Backlund days, but as much as I’ve seen U2, Springsteen, The Eagles and Queen on that stage, wrestling is still there a few times a year and makes me think of a time when wrestling was wrestling and entertainment was George “The Animal” Steele. Still great for Blast games and the occasional CAA Tournament, I love the Arena. But if you’re gonna go once to get the “charm,” make it a ‘rassling match, baby! After all, Raw is war…

    One bright spot out of the awful decision by Maryland to move to the Big 10 is that this will be a conference game.

    The best Capitals playoff game I ever attended was Game 4 of the 1998 Stanley Cup … since I AM a Wings Fan!

    … oh, and some of us underprivileged public school folks will gladly swap out #4 for the much older and much more traditional, but hardly recognized City – Poly football game that has been renewed 125 consecutive times. GO CITY!
