Drew's Bio
The only person in the history of Baltimore sports-talk to attend Game 2 of the 1983 World Series, shoot 64 in golf (twice) and sit next to Dave Grohl on a flight from Baltimore to Cleveland (1997), Drew is the host of The Comcast Morning Show from 6am-10am Monday through Friday. Topics routinely range from the Ravens, Terps and the Orioles and their decision to not improve the team for the (insert number of years here) consecutive season. His favorite movie is "Wiggle Bay" and his favorite member of Little Einstein's is June. Drew's son Ethan said, "Daddy, why do the Flyers stink so bad?" when he was only 8 days old. "Gotta start 'em young," the proud papa said that night.

Franklin more than made up for his miss at the foul line, stripping the ball from UMBC’s Chris De La ... Read More »
It’s been an afternoon of phone calls, e-mails and text messages between me and my golfing buddies as we go over the Tiger Woods saga. Let’s face it, the only reason this story is actually interesting is because it’s Tiger Woods. Hal Sutton had more women on the side than career wins but no one ever ... Read More »
Billy Wagner will regret this day. Perhaps he forgot that Greg Maddux and Tom Glavine aren’t in Atlanta anymore. These aren’t our father’s Atlanta Braves anymore. Wagner signed on with Atlanta today for $7 million. He could have come to Baltimore and been the closer for an Orioles team that is absolutely on the uptick. He didn’t. Sometime in mid-July of ... Tiger’s “I’ve let my family down” statement today should remind us all of what we already know. These people we root for — worship — cherish — spend money on — devote ourselves to following: we don’t root for the person…we root for the performer. Because if we were REALLY rooting for the person, we’d probably not ... Read More »
Dear Tiger, While doing some cleaning around my house for the holiday season, I came across a box of VHS tapes and DVDs from my collection of golf tournaments that I taped over the years. How the hell did you hit that chip shot from behind the 16th green at Augusta in the final round of 2005? ... Read More »
