Drew's Bio
The only person in the history of Baltimore sports-talk to attend Game 2 of the 1983 World Series, shoot 64 in golf (twice) and sit next to Dave Grohl on a flight from Baltimore to Cleveland (1997), Drew is the host of The Comcast Morning Show from 6am-10am Monday through Friday. Topics routinely range from the Ravens, Terps and the Orioles and their decision to not improve the team for the (insert number of years here) consecutive season. His favorite movie is "Wiggle Bay" and his favorite member of Little Einstein's is June. Drew's son Ethan said, "Daddy, why do the Flyers stink so bad?" when he was only 8 days old. "Gotta start 'em young," the proud papa said that night.

In the spirit of full disclosure, it’s probably best that I go ahead and blog about this before it reaches the internet and we get accused of pulling a “Tiger Woods” and disappearing without making comment.
Rest assured we are cooperating fully with the folks who are involved in the investigation and will wait for their decision before making any further comment.
WNST is being investigated by the National Radio Competition Committee for allegedly “running up the score” on all of our competition this week.
At 4:30 pm today, we received by registered letter a formal complaint, an excerpt of which I’ve included below:
“It has come to the attention of this Committee that throughout the week of December 14-18, 2009, WNST Radio and WNST.net did, in fact, willfully engage in “running up the score” on the various competitive media entities in Baltimore, included, but not limited to, the local daily newspaper, the other two “all-sports” stations in town and several sports web-sites that appear to be conducting themselves as information or news sites when, in fact, they’re nothing more than cheerleader sites for Baltimore’s sports teams. It’s the opinion of this Committee that WNST did, in fact, willfully distribute so much outstanding content and information throughout the week that none of the competition referenced above had a fair chance to compete and produce a similar level of outstanding work.”
The Committee will review the evidence and render an opinion on the subject within 5 business days.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
The National Radio Competition Committee
P.S. We enjoyed looking at all of the Ravens locker room videos on WNST.net. We’re also huge fans of your “Purple Haze” live-chats following all Ravens games. Keep up the great work!

Well, If we had a real playoff system,,you wouldn’t feel compelled to “run it up”on everyone just to impress the pollsters.
