Glenn's Bio
When Pop-a-Shot basketball becomes an Olympic sport, Glenn Clark will win the gold, silver AND bronze. In the meantime, he's continuing his career as a Baltimore sports media person. We say "person" because he has too many jobs to describe them all right now. You hear him on "The Comcast Morning Show" & talking about the Ravens throughout the day on WNST. You read his columns on WNST.net, and if you're a female you've been awkwardly hit on by him at least once. If not, he says you should give him a call. He's been accused of being the adopted son of Gary Williams, and will fight you if you don't think Roberto Alomar belongs in the Hall of Fame. He prefers lacrosse to baseball, Robert Randolph to Led Zeppelin, Blue Moon to red wine, and Chick-Fil-A to anything.

I was surprised to see the Orioles take a high school pitcher; but clearly pitch count is an issue for them. College pitchers often throw 100+ pitches more than once in a week, and their arms are already a bit worn down by the time they get to the Major League Level. That will be just ... Read More »
