Glenn Clark

» Glenn's Bio

When Pop-a-Shot basketball becomes an Olympic sport, Glenn Clark will win the gold, silver AND bronze. In the meantime, he's continuing his career as a Baltimore sports media person. We say "person" because he has too many jobs to describe them all right now. You hear him on "The Morning Reaction" & talking about the Ravens throughout the day on WNST. You read his columns on WNST.net, and if you're a female you've been awkwardly hit on by him at least once. If not, he says you should give him a call. He's been accused of being the adopted son of Gary Williams, and will fight you if you don't think Roberto Alomar belongs in the Hall of Fame. He prefers lacrosse to baseball, Robert Randolph to Led Zeppelin, Blue Moon to red wine, and Chick-Fil-A to anything.

Did Greivis make the right decision?

I think so.

As much as I want Greivis to be a successful point guard, I just don’t know that he’s going to have the talent around him this season to make him look like an all-world point guard. He will still be relied on for scoring, which isn’t the part of his game NBA scouts are worried about.

Is it the right thing for Maryland?

Absolutely. This is Maryland’s best chance to finish above .500 in the ACC, even if Lance Stephenson really isn’t coming to College Park. The Terps certainly needed Vasquez back, and will benefit from having him.

Let’s see what everyone else has to say….

SOME QUICK THOUGHTS:

-Would I be interested in Brandon Marshall? ABSOLUTELY. For a 1st and 3rd round pick? I don’t know. But Wide Receiver is a MAJOR concern for me, and Brandon Marshall can play wide receiver very well.

Talk to you tomorrow.
