» Glenn's Bio

When Pop-a-Shot basketball becomes an Olympic sport, Glenn Clark will win the gold, silver AND bronze. In the meantime, he's continuing his career as a Baltimore sports media person. We say "person" because he has too many jobs to describe them all right now. You hear him on "The Comcast Morning Show" & talking about the Ravens throughout the day on WNST. You read his columns on WNST.net, and if you're a female you've been awkwardly hit on by him at least once. If not, he says you should give him a call. He's been accused of being the adopted son of Gary Williams, and will fight you if you don't think Roberto Alomar belongs in the Hall of Fame. He prefers lacrosse to baseball, Robert Randolph to Led Zeppelin, Blue Moon to red wine, and Chick-Fil-A to anything.

Wednesday Morning’s Crabs and Beer

The Koji Uehara situation is going to come to a head sooner than the Orioles wanted it to. As a few callers mentioned this morning, Koji looked VERY uncomfortable pitching in the heat last night in South Florida, and I don’t think that’s something that he’s just going to come around to feeling comfortable with. If he couldn’t go deep in games when he wasn’t uncomfortable pitching; how will he be able to work into games when he is CLEARLY uncomfortable?

Let’s see what everyone else has to say…..

SOME QUICK THOUGHTS:

-Looking at ESPN.com’s “All-Decade team”, I am struck by how well the people with the Worldwide Leader in putting together the list. Jon Ogden, Ed Reed, and Ray Lewis were all particularly deserving; and no other Ravens were. The other players who made the cut were also good selections.

Talk to you tomorrow.
