» Glenn's Bio

When Pop-a-Shot basketball becomes an Olympic sport, Glenn Clark will win the gold, silver AND bronze. In the meantime, he's continuing his career as a Baltimore sports media person. We say "person" because he has too many jobs to describe them all right now. You hear him on "The Comcast Morning Show" & talking about the Ravens throughout the day on WNST. You read his columns on WNST.net, and if you're a female you've been awkwardly hit on by him at least once. If not, he says you should give him a call. He's been accused of being the adopted son of Gary Williams, and will fight you if you don't think Roberto Alomar belongs in the Hall of Fame. He prefers lacrosse to baseball, Robert Randolph to Led Zeppelin, Blue Moon to red wine, and Chick-Fil-A to anything.

Monday Morning’s Crabs and Beer

I want to be surprised by the mistakes I continuously see the Orioles make; but it is particularly hard to be. Trembley’s lineup decisions are questionable at best (Andino-Jones makes WAY more sense to me 1-2 than Jones-Wigginton does); and it is tough to keep a team accountable when they aren’t really even that interested.

So are summers here in Birdland.

Let’s see what everyone else has to say……

Drew Forrester thinks Trembley deserves ‘blame’ for Birds’ mistakes

Glenn Clark thinks Trembley must be drinking before filling out Sunday lineup cards

Keith Melchior says Uehara ‘waste’ of money

Jerry Reinhardt says O’s making mistakes similar to ‘8-10 year olds’

Lawson Lambert ‘in love with’ Rachel Alexandra

SOME QUICK THOUGHTS:

-While I think we all have known about Ozzie Newsome’s desire to return to Alabama for some time; I find it interesting that he is again speaking about it. The Crimson Tide may well need an athletic director in the near (or not-so near) future; and Newsome could be the guy. But it isn’t the type of thing I’d be too concerned about right now.

Talk to you tomorrow.
