Glenn's Bio
When Pop-a-Shot basketball becomes an Olympic sport, Glenn Clark will win the gold, silver AND bronze. In the meantime, he's continuing his career as a Baltimore sports media person. We say "person" because he has too many jobs to describe them all right now. You hear him on "The Comcast Morning Show" & talking about the Ravens throughout the day on WNST. You read his columns on WNST.net, and if you're a female you've been awkwardly hit on by him at least once. If not, he says you should give him a call. He's been accused of being the adopted son of Gary Williams, and will fight you if you don't think Roberto Alomar belongs in the Hall of Fame. He prefers lacrosse to baseball, Robert Randolph to Led Zeppelin, Blue Moon to red wine, and Chick-Fil-A to anything.

I’ll make a weekend pick for you. The Birds will lose 2 of 3 to the Red Sox. Thoughts on the Sherrill deal? I’m not moved that much either way. Sherrill was pretty good, so it will be unfortunate to lose him. But if these kids can play, no one will be angry about the deal. Reed wearing the ... Read More »
I went to CAA Media Day yesterday at the ESPNZone in the Inner Harbor Wednesday, and I had my first significant conversation with new Towson football coach Rob Ambrose while I was there. The conversation was mostly off the record, and detailed a lot of the “newer” aspects of being a head coach (specifically, the ... Read More »

I’m not overly concerned about Michael Oher yet. I think Michael will be here by the end of the week, and will begin to work his way into the starting lineup by the first preseason game. Does the Drew Bennett thing remind anyone else of Marcus Spears’ phantom signing in 2002? Spears agreed to a deal and then backed out the next day to sign a lesser deal in Kansas City. You get props…… 1-Yuri Zhirkov and Baltimore Soccer fans I have no idea where that cartoon came from; but I guess it’s supposed to make fun of Americans for not being good soccer fans.
