Glenn's Bio
When Pop-a-Shot basketball becomes an Olympic sport, Glenn Clark will win the gold, silver AND bronze. In the meantime, he's continuing his career as a Baltimore sports media person. We say "person" because he has too many jobs to describe them all right now. You hear him on "The Comcast Morning Show" & talking about the Ravens throughout the day on WNST. You read his columns on WNST.net, and if you're a female you've been awkwardly hit on by him at least once. If not, he says you should give him a call. He's been accused of being the adopted son of Gary Williams, and will fight you if you don't think Roberto Alomar belongs in the Hall of Fame. He prefers lacrosse to baseball, Robert Randolph to Led Zeppelin, Blue Moon to red wine, and Chick-Fil-A to anything.

Ravens 31, Lions 17 Make no mistake-the Lions’ ability to play jump ball with Calvin Johnson will allow them to score; but this will be a one possession game in the 2nd half. The Ravens will win the game, but NO ONE will feel better about their Wild Card chances come Monday-even though they’ll be back ... Read More »
Villanova 80, Maryland 73 The Terps aren’t a bad team, but Villanova is a GREAT team. This DOES have the feeling of the years when Maryland would stun teams like Stanford and Kansas at Verizon Center; but I just can’t make the pick. Morgan State 69, Coppin State 57 If the Bears hadn’t lost 2 straight coming in, ... Read More »
My pick: Ravens 20, Steelers 17 I tend to pick the Ravens at home. But I have little confidence in this pick. This game could be a blowout either way. I can’t say with certainty that the Ravens will bounce back offensively. The Steelers know them well, and will frustrate the hell out of them. This ... Read More »
Here are your weekend picks….. Ravens 27, Browns 13 It SHOULDN’T be this close. It might be closer. We’ll see if Brady Quinn can do anything. Virginia Tech 27, Maryland 16 With no offense to Maryland, they’re not as good as Virginia Tech. Navy 31, Delaware 18 There is an argument that the Midshipmen should be a Top 25 team. Villanova 41, ... Read More »
Ravens 28, Bengals 20 I DON’T think the Bengals WR’s should give the Ravens fits the way some people think they will. Yes, Chris Henry is tall. Yes, Chad Ochocinco is good. But this will be more about the pass rush. If the Ravens get to Carson Palmer, I don’t think he’ll be able to just ... Read More »
On Fridays, we only seem to care about the Ravens around here. Here are your weekend picks…… Ravens 26, Broncos 21 I would be REALLY concerned if the Broncos had the ball at the end of the game, though. I think the Ravens will win; but I’m not anywhere NEAR as confident as Drew Forrester is…. Navy 20, Temple ... Read More »
Here are your weekend picks…. Maryland 23, Duke 13 I don’t care what Eron Riley (and everyone else) says. Maryland is NOT losing a football game to Duke. They’re NOT. I refuse to believe so. Wake Forest 28, Navy 17 I think losing Ricky Dobbs REALLY hurts the Mids. Towson 16, Northeastern 6 The Huskies are TERRIBLE. Rob Ambrose’s bunch can’t ... Read More »
Here are your weekend picks: Ravens 24, Bengals 16 Everything comes down to red zone defense. If the Ravens keep Ochocinco and Benson out of the end zone, they’ll win. If they don’t…..this one could be close. Wake Forest 30, Maryland 27 I think Maryland is improving; but they have ALWAYS struggled with outside running. If Wake can get ... Read More »
There were a number of reasons why the New England Patriots were able to hold on and defeat the Baltimore Ravens Sunday in Foxborough, but there is one that can’t help but stick out at me with the game now in the books. When the final horn sounded today, it was still evident to me that ... Read More »
Ravens 28, Browns 13 I might be giving the Browns too much credit. Maryland 30, Rutgers 27 Facing a more methodical offense will help the Terps, even if they are a BCS opponent. Their QB issues will help the Terps even more. Navy 37, Western Kentucky 17 The Midshipmen should put together a much more complete performance against a bad ... Read More »
