Back to work in Dallas on Saturday night

We’re excited about playing on Saturday night in Dallas.  It’s been evident all week at practice.  We know what we have to do and we’re going down there to win a game and move closer to the playoffs.  I like the environment we’ve been in this week.  Good, hard, fun practices and everyone is on the same page.  We have to win a game.
Personally, it will be cool to play in Texas Stadium and be there for the final regular season game.  There’s a lot of NFL history in Dallas and that stadium and being a longtime fan of the league, I can appreciate all of it a little more.

We all moved on very quickly from the Steelers loss.  I was back at the facility early Monday to watch film of the Pittsburgh game and then start preparing for the Cowboys.  Everyone I saw on Monday was already talking about Dallas.  We know sitting around and talking about how we lost to the Steelers isn’t
going to help us win this week.  The way to win this week is to prepare for Dallas and make sure we don’t make the same mistakes against the Cowboys that we did against Pittsburgh.

I’m feeling good, health-wise.  It’s been a lot of fun this year and we have plenty of football left to play.  I’ll catch up with Drew at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning  to talk about the Dallas game.  I hope you all have a great Holiday next week!
