It was our pleasure to welcome our friend Brian Granek of Visionary Eye Care to discuss business and life during this coronavirus crisis. All local business owners are feeling the effects of this situation to some extent, and while the same holds true for Brian and his company, he is remaining optimistic and positive about the future.
“We’re doing OK,” Granek said. “Like everybody, we’re going to get through this together, and things are going to be great on the other side.”
One of the hallmarks of Brian’s practice, and Nestor can attest to this, is the personal relationship that he develops with his patients. Brian does not treat his customers like a number. Rather, he gets to know them and develops a long-term relationship with them.
“Our practice and life in general is so relationship heavy,” Granek said. “We view every patient that walks in as a friend and a family member, and that’s how they’re treated. Most patients have my cell phone or certainly access to my cell phone. It’s in our voicemail, it’s easily acceptable, and I want them to be able to reach out to me if they have eye problems.”
