I unfortunately will not be in this week for Chicken Box Friday, but here are some thoughts and advice for week 5…as always you can email me any questions at and if you want to add a comment here I will respond as well…good luck…here we go!

START THEM THIS WEEK…check back weekly…..We will never say start LT or LJ that is too obvious and We will never tell you to sit someone, but here are some people we really like ….you can make the sit calls or email us for our view…track how accurate we are…..we have been as good as everyone else so check us out.

Must Starts QB: P. Manning, Kitna, Brady, Farve, Bulger, Palmer, Romo, Cutler, Roethlisberger …I removed MCNABB, BREES, RIVERS AND YOUNG…Added Romo, Cutler, Roethlisberger, Farve

QB’s: Brees comes out of his shell, Leinart has a good game and give Eli a chance this week

Must Starts RB: LT, LJ, R. Johnson, Gore, Westbrook, Addai, Maroney, Parker, Alexander, S. Jackson

RB’s: Reggie Bush has a nice week, as does Ronnie Brown, Edge and Ward/Jacobs…also Maroney or Morris whoever plays.

Must Starts WR: Fitzgerald, Boldin, Evans, S. Smith, Chad Johnson, T.J. Housh, Owens, Walker, R. Williams, Driver, A. Johnson, Harrison, Wayne, Colston, Branch, Holt, Cooley, Shockey, Gonzalez, Clark, Whitten, Winslow, Heap…

WR’s/TE’s: Santonio Holmes if Ward is out, Wes Welker get back in the endzone, Calvin Johnson is back and Ride Brandon Marshall while he is hot….

now some other guys we like this week: Dwayne Bowe, Amani Toomer, Thomas Jones, Garcia (will have to throw alot), Willis McGehee and Greg Jennings seems like a hot hand right now.

SLEEPER(s) OF THE WEEK….what DUD will become a STUD…at least for one week….we will try to give a QB, RB and WR/TE each week…

QB: Jason Campbell as a bye week replacement could throw for 250 and 2 TD’s…could

RB: Selvin Young…Henry is banged up a bit…he could get some carries…also watch Keith Kenton if Addai is out.

WR/TE: Brandon Llyod no really I like him this week…deep sleeper if you need a bye week guy…Quinn Sypnewski if Heap is out

Kicker and Defense: TENNESSEE at home, ATL in town, off a bye…Kicker we like MARE this week

OK…I call UNCLE! I said before the season that the MOSS brothers, Santana and Randy would be the BUSTS of the YEAR…well I was 1/2 right…RANDY seems like the real deal…I still think an injury or something goes wrong, but for now I will admit I was way off..RANDY MOSS is a must start every week and is the number 1 FF WR this year…there I said it.

Let’s do some future trading…guys I would trade for right now…because they will have a good second half of the Fantasy Year:

RB’s: Steven Jackson, Ladell Betts, Vernand Morency, Cedric Benson, Larry Johnson, Rudi Johnson

WR’s: Andre Johnson, Reggie Brown, Kevin Curtis, DJ Hackett and J. Cothery

QB’s: Matt Schaub, Byron Leftwich, Eli Manning and Dante Culpepper/Josh McCown (watch this one carefully)

TE’s: Vernon Davis and Jeremey Shockey

TRADE ALERT: I am real worried about Frank Gore, I have him in many leagues and have traded him away in a few…SF may be ready for a funk with Smith and Davis out for a bit. Also if you have Travis Henry, get Selvin Young on your roster now…same goes for Joseph Addai owners…get Keith Kenton now…both backs are getting dinged weekly.

Clinton Portis owners…find a way to get L.Betts…like yesterday!

Good Luck!

Now onto the week that was. CHECK BACK EACH WEEK TO SEE WHAT is going and went on!

TRADE BAIT(s): OK stay with me here, but I am worried about Chad Johnson…his coach is getting tired of his act, he seems to get banged up each not give him away but if you can get a WR and a RB for him…or a top 5 QB..maybe consider it.

STAR(S) OF WEEK (officially renamed the LT of the Week): RONNIE doing a great LT imitation..LT rose from the ashes, Farve continues to impress…Brady was well Brady…but DANTE CULPEPPER ran for THREE TD’s and threw for 2 more and is our star of the week!

DUD(S) of the Week: BULGER HOLT and BRUCE…just horrible…please fix it and fast!

Hot Pick up(s) of the week: Pittman and Graham in Tampa, Crayton in Dallas, Anthony Gonzales in INDY and Dominic Rhodes especially if you have Lamont Jordan

TEAM(s) of the WEEK: THE GREEN BAY PACKERS…Farve and company went into their house of horrors and came out 4 – 0…now on to Chicago…

Ut Oh of the week: ST. LOUIS I can say is wow…and there seems like no way out of this…

See ya next week!
