Della Rose’s in 1st Mariner Tower to Host Guest Bartending Event to Benefit the Southeast Youth Academy After-School Program

The SouthEast Youth Academy (SEYA) will host a Guest Bartender Event to raise money for its after-school program.
The event will be held on December 2, 2007 from Noon- 6pm at WNST Sponsor -Della Rose’s Tavern in the 1st Mariner Tower located at 1501 S. Clinton Street, Suite 110.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to SEYA, an after-school program located in Canton Middle School. SEYA provides creative, non-conventional after-school programming to youth in Southeast Baltimore. As a non-profit organization, SEYA relies on grants and donations from various government entities, community members and organizations to keep the program running.

Mya Davis, SEYA Executive Director, is looking forward to building more relationships between SEYA and the community through this event. “We’re very excited to be hosting this event for a third year and for the first time at Della Rose’s Tavern. It brings about a sense of unity within the neighborhood while raising funds for a worthy cause”.

So join SouthEast Youth Academy at Della Rose’s on December 2nd, 2007 and help continue building the future with youth!

SEYA is a community based, after-school safe haven for teens in Southeast Baltimore. SEYA works with teens to enrich their academic, social and cultural experience by providing scholastic support, creative programming, recreational activities and leadership training. SEYA is committed to helping teens grow into productive adults.
