Jeff Mohler of Mohler & Gary Realtors is embracing technology during pandemic

We were honored to welcome Jeff Mohler, partner in Mohler & Gary Realtors, on Baltimore Positive to catch Nestor up on life and business during this coronavirus pandemic.

“We’re living through history, and that’s a message that I’m trying to get through to my kids and family,” Mohler said. “We have to appreciate it, we have to understand what we’re living through and try to make the best out of it and really turn it into a positive. That’s been the main focus over the last several weeks in this house anyway.”

While our lives will eventually return and the economy will open back up, Jeff believes some changes that we’ve seen during these times will leave a lasting impact on business.

“When we’re allowed to come out of our houses again, think of all the people home doing house projects right now. The silver lining is people that were thinking about selling their house and had a to do list, those projects are being done right now. Peoples houses are going to look nicer than they ever have because they have the time to do it. Another bonus to all this, Nestor, is it is forcing people to really enhance their business. You have to embrace technology. One of the things we’re doing at Mohler & Gary is we’re going through houses by ourselves videoing these houses – face-timing people as we go through the houses. Everything is virtual now and we have the technology to do that, but you have to embrace it. Even when this is done, that technology is still going to be there. There’s going to be some people who are going to prefer to walk through a home without being in a house.

Jeff and Nestor would continue to have a very nice chat talking both business and personal life during these crazy times.
