Move over boxing, here comes the UF

Ok, got a question for you?
Where are all the UFC fans out there?  Let’s face the facts people: the UFC has, in my opinion, taken over boxing from a combat sport stand point.  I am a UFC junkie.  I own about 20 different UFC DVD’s and watch them almost on a nightly basis.  I read Tapout Magazine while I am on the treadmill at the gym.
MMA (mixed martial arts) is one of the fastest rising sports and UFC is a freight train rolling full steam straight ahead past boxing.  The reality show The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV on Thursday nights — which reminds me to set my DVR for it when I get home since I will be at the ball park — is a great show.  Here is a video of one of my favorite fighters: “The Iceman” Chuck Liddell.  I guess you could call it his greatest hits.
I hope to be adding more content as it relates to the UFC soon, and would be interested to hear your interest in it.  Send me your favorite UFC fight or fighter. I nominate Forrest Griffin versus Stephan Bonnar from The Ultimate Fighter, Season 1.
As Big John McCarthy says before every big UFC fight,” Let’s get it on.”
